Men’s Breakfast & Devotional

Come join the Trinity Men’s Group in the church fellowship hall for breakfast, fellowship, and devotional the second Tuesday of each month from 7:00AM until 8:30AM. The group members take turns teaming up to provide breakfast for the meeting. This group was formed in December of 2008 and discusses topics focusing on the roles and relationships of Christian men with each other, with their families, and with the world community. Check out the example study guides listed below.

Women’s Bible Study

Women’s Bible study and fellowship meets the first Tuesday of the month at 10:00am in the Trinity library. The group discusses life issues from a Christian woman’s perspective using various resources. As an example, in 2009-2010 the group is using the Presbyterian Women’s study on Joshua: A Journey of Faith in which Mary Mikhael invites us to explore the challenging, sometimes heartrending, book of Joshua. Pursuing such themes as leadership, the promise of land, the concept of “holy war,” and outsiders becoming insiders, we learn ultimately to find rest in the justice and mercy of God.

Trinity’s Senior High (grades 9-12) Youth Group meets at the church every Sunday evening from 6:00PM until 7:30PM. Leah Rabideau, Trinity’s Youth Director, plans and leads the Senior High Youth activities. (Find out more about Leah HERE on our ”Staff” page.)

The weekly meeting starts with something every teenager loves – FOOD! Supper is followed by games, fellowship, and faith-related discussion of important teen topics. Trinity’s Junior High Youth sometimes join the Senior High Youth to give the 7th and 8th graders a preview of the good times to come when they join the Senior High group full-time.

The Senior High Youth Group also has special functions like campfires, outdoor cookouts, attending concerts by Christian artists, and an annual trek to Camp Hopewell in Oxford, MS to attend a weekend youth retreat.

A favorite church meeting spot for Trinity’s Youth Group is the “Youth Room”, outfitted with TV, DVD player, ping pong table, refrigerator, and microwave. This is the teen crowd’s own place at Trinity. The chairs and couches are “slouch-ready”.
